用自锁托槽矫治器与传统托槽矫治器对慢性牙周炎患者进行正畸治疗的效果对比

摘　　要：目的:比较用自锁托槽矫治器与传统托槽矫治器对慢性牙周炎患者进行正畸治疗的效果。方法:选择2017年8月至2020年10月期间安顺市平坝区人民医院收治的100例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对两组患者均进行牙周基础治疗,在此基础上采用传统的托槽矫治器对对照组患者进行正畸治疗,采用自锁托槽矫治器对观察组患者进行正畸治疗,然后比较两组患者的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗6个月后,观察组患者的牙龈指数、菌斑指数、龈乳头探诊出血指数、牙周探诊深度、牙齿松动度均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗1 d、3 d、5 d及7 d后,观察组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:与采用传统的托槽矫治器对慢性牙周炎患者进行正畸治疗相比,用自锁托槽矫治器对其进行正畸治疗的效果更好,能更有效地减轻其临床症状,缓解其病情。Objective:To compare the orthodontic effect of self-locking bracket appliance and traditional bracket appliance in patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods:a total of 100 patients with chronic periodontitis admitted to Pingba District People’s Hospital of Anshun city from August 2017 to October 2020 were selected as the research object.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.The two groups of patients were treated with periodontal basic treatment,on this basis,the control group was treated with orthodontic orthodontic treatment with traditional bracket appliance,and the observation group was treated with self-locking bracket appliance,and then the efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05.After 6 months of treatment,the gingival index,plaque index,gingival papillary probing bleeding index,periodontal probing depth and tooth loosening degree in observation group were lower than those in control group,P<0.05.After 1 d,3 d,5 d and 7 d treatment,the visual analog scale(VAS)score of observation group was lower than that of control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional orthodontic treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis,the orthodontic treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis with self-locking orthodontic orthodontic appliance has a better effect,and can more effectively reduce the clinical symptoms and relieve the disease.
