头项针电刺激疗法治疗原发性失眠的有效性及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究用头项针电刺激疗法治疗原发性失眠的有效性及安全性。方法:选择山东省文登整骨医院收治的50例原发性失眠患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对两组患者均进行西医常规治疗,在此基础上采用头项针电刺激疗法对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,治疗后其匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)的评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)的评分和疲劳量表-14(FS-14)的评分均低于对照组患者,其血清神经肽Y(NPY)和5-羟基色胺(5-HT)的水平均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:在对原发性失眠患者进行西医常规治疗的基础上,采用头项针电刺激疗法对其进行治疗能显著提高其疗效,改善其睡眠质量及血清NPY、5-HT的水平,缓解其焦虑情绪,且治疗的安全性较高。Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of electric stimulation therapy with cephalic needle in the treatment of primary insomnia.Methods:50 patients with primary insomnia in Wendeng Orthopaedic Hospital of Shandong province were selected as the research object.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.The two groups of patients were treated with conventional western medicine,on this basis,the observation group was treated with cephalic acupuncture electrical stimulation therapy,and then the efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,and the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and fatigue scale-14(FS-14)were lower than control group after treatment.The serum levels of neuropeptide Y(NPY)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)were higher than those of control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups was compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment for patients with primary insomnia,electric stimulation therapy with cephalic needle can significantly improve its curative effect,improve its sleep quality and serum LEVELS of NPY and 5-HT,relieve its anxiety,and the safety of treatment is high.
