摘  要:目的观察在神经外科带教中应用3D打印颅脑实体模型辅助教学对带教效果的影响。方法纳入研究具体时间范围是2019年1—10月,通过区组随机化分组法将其中22例医学实习生设为参比组(常规带教);并将另22例医学实习生设为试验组(3D打印颅脑实体模型辅助带教),并比较不同组别神经外科带教效果。结果试验组医学实习生颅脑解剖理解能力、颅脑损伤鉴别能力、影像资料分析能力以及颅脑手术设计能力评分相较参比组均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组医学实习生神经外科带教专注度、兴趣度、参与度以及满意度相较参比组均显著提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且试验组医学实习生神经外科带教考核合格率统计值相较参比组均明显升高。结论在神经外科带教中应用3D打印颅脑实体模型辅助教学可整体提高神经外科带教效果,既能够丰富带教内容,激发医学实习生的主动性和积极性,同时也有助于医学实习生将平面知识向立体模型转化,使医学实习生对于人体颅脑结构的了解度得到显著提升,具有较高推广价值。Objective To observe the effect of 3D printing brain solid model in neurosurgery teaching.Methods From January 2019 to October 2019,22 medical interns were set as the reference group(conventional teaching)and the other 22 medical interns were set as the experimental group(3D printing brain model assisted teaching),and the effect of neurosurgery teaching in different groups was compared.Results The scores of medical interns in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the concentration,interest,participation and satisfaction of neurosurgery teaching of medical interns in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the statistical value of qualified rate of neurosurgery teaching and examination of medical interns in the experimental group was higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The application of 3D printing brain solid model in neurosurgery teaching can improve the teaching effect of neurosurgery as a whole.It can not only enrich the teaching content,stimulate the initiative and enthusiasm of medical interns,but also help medical interns transform plane knowledge into three-dimensional model,which can significantly improve the understanding of human brain structure It is worth popularizing.
