中美公共卫生本科教育的比较研究

摘　　要：本文以美国密歇根大学和我国开设了全日制本科公共卫生教育的院校为例,通过文献比较、网站浏览等方式获得各高校本科课程设置的数据资料,对比中美本科公共卫生专业学位设置、课程设置的区别,为完善我国本科公共卫生教育提供有益的参考。我国公共卫生本科教育与美国具有一定的差异,美国的公共卫生本科教育中设有文学学位、理学学位和双学位;课程类别主要包括通识课、核心课程、选修课和顶石课;核心课程进行了整合,主要包括公共卫生系统-成就与挑战,人群健康的决定因素和差异性、数据驱动的公共卫生解决方案、公共卫生行动-创造性变革四门;选修课涉及内容广泛,涉及较多社会学范畴的课程;顶石课形式灵活多样,将理论知识和专业实践做到有机融合;我国可以结合具体国情参考借鉴其经验完善公共卫生的本科教育。Taking the University of Michigan in the United States and the universities offering full-time undergraduate public health education in China as examples,the data of the undergraduate curriculum of each university were obtained by means of literature comparison and website browsing.By comparing the the degree and curriculum of undergraduate public health majors between Chinese and American,this paper will provide a useful reference for the improvement of China's undergraduate public health education.The undergraduate education of public health in China is different from that in the United States.There are Bachelor of the Arts(BA),Bachelor of Science(BS)and Dual Degrees in public health undergraduate education in the United States.The courses mainly include general courses,core courses,elective courses and capstone courses.Core courses have been integrated,including Public Health Systems:Achievements&Challenges,Population Health Determinants and Disparities,Data Driven Solutions in Public Health,Public Health in Action:Creating Change.The elective courses involve a wide range of courses involving more sociological categories;Capstone courses are flexible in form and integrate theoretical knowledge with professional practice.So we can improve the undergraduate public health education in China by referring to its experience combined with China's national conditions.
