摘 要:院前急救是指在院外为急危重症患者的救治。而广义的院前急救是指患者在发病时由医护人员、目击者在现场对患者进行紧急抢救;而狭义的院前急救是指借助通讯器材、运输工具和医疗基本要素所构成的专业急救机构,在患者到达医院前实施的现场抢救与途中监护的医疗活动。因此,加强院前急救人力资源的管理对提高急救质量、降低临床死亡率具有重要的意义。人力资源管理过程中,建立一套“以人为本”的管理思想,将尊重人作为组织管理中的重点,充分尊重员工的个性与人性,加强其继续教育,能调动其积极性、创造性和主动性,培养每一位急救人员的群体意识与共同奋斗的组织精神,从而形成以人为本的价值观念。因此,本文将以院前急救为起点,分析院前急救人力资源的规范化管 理方法及效果,探讨院前急救人力资源继续教育机制, 以提高医院院前急救能力。Pre-hospital first aid refers to the treatment of critically ill patients outside the hospital.In a broad sense,pre-hospital first aid refers to the emergency rescue of patients by medical staff and witnesses at the scene when they are ill;In the narrow sense,pre-hospital first aid refers to the medical activities of on-site rescue and on-the-way monitoring before the patients arrive at the hospital by means of professional first aid institutions composed of communication equipment,transportation tools and basic medical elements.Therefore,strengthening the management of pre-hospital first aid human resources is of great significance to improve the quality of first aid and reduce the clinical mortality.In the process of human resource management,it is necessary to establish a set of"people-oriented"management ideas,regard respecting people as the key point in organizational management,fully respect the personality and humanity of employees,and strengthen their continuing education,which can arouse their enthusiasm,creativity and initiative,cultivate the group consciousness and the organizational spirit of common struggle of every first-aid personnel,and thus form a people-oriented value concept.Therefore,this paper will take pre-hospital first aid as a starting point,analyze the standardized management methods and effects of pre-hospital first aid human resources,and explore the continuing education mechanism of pre-hospital first aid human resources,so as to improve the hospital's prehospital first aid ability.
