摘 要:作为医学类高等院校,我校构建了医学实验技术专业核心素养培养模式,并以在校医学实验技术专业四年制本科生为研究对象,进行了实践操作,力争使医学实验技术专业人才在未来的工作中具备能够适应终身发展和社会发展的必要品格和专业能力。本文针对核心素养培养模式中的科研素养培养这一环节的实践操作进行阐述,我校采取课内多层和课外多角度相结合的培养模式,全面培养医学实验技术人才的实验室制度意识、实验操作技能、综合实验能力、科研创新能力、科研团队意识等基本的科研素养。经过实践后分析在多方位的科研素养培养过程中的优势以及面临的问题和挑战,力求找到最优的培养方案,迎合社会对专业人才的需求。As a medical college,we have built a professional cultivation mode in medical experiment technology.Our college has been practiced the cultivation mode on four-year undergraduate students.We are striving to make a professional medical experimental technology training,and make students adapt to the future work development and the need of social development.This paper would focus on the practice of scientific research quality cultivation,which is one part of the professional cultivation mode of key competencies.Our college adopted the training mode of multi-layer in class and multi-angle after class to comprehensively cultivate undergraduates of medical experimental technology.The model included the cultivation of training many basic scientific literacies,such as the laboratory system consciousness,experimental operation skills,comprehensive experimental ability,scientific research innovation ability and scientific research team consciousness and so on.After practice,we analyzed the advantages,problems and challenges in the process of multi-dimensional cultivation,and tried to find the best cultivation to fit the needs of the society for professional talents.
