摘　　要：杨文辉教授创立了头颅CT定位围针法,运用其治疗多发脑梗死性痴呆,取得了一定的临床疗效。本文从病因病机、治疗特色两大方面对杨文辉治疗多发脑梗死性痴呆经验进行了总结。Professor Yang Wenhui develops the CT positioning scalp circum-acupuncture method and applies it in the treatment of multiple cerebral infarction dementia,which has achieved certain clinical efficacy and promotion.This article summarizes Professor Yang Wenhui's experience in the treatment of the disease from the following two aspects:its etiology and pathogenesis,and his treatment characteristics.
