摘 要:以高温高盐油藏环境中筛选出的一株芽孢杆菌Bacillus kokeshiiformis CQ11为对象,研究该菌株的耐盐、耐温以及对酸碱的耐受性;研究该菌株产生的乳化剂的特性,以及它对原油的作用特点.结果表明:该菌株能够在盐度4%-8%、p H 7-9、温度45-65℃环境中良好生长,它产生的糖蛋白类生物乳化剂具有乳化活性高,能耐受一定的高温,不受高盐、酸碱影响的特性.菌株CQ11的生长特性和产生的生物乳化剂与Geobacillus属的更为相似.该菌株具有高效乳化原油的应用潜力,可以应用于高温高盐油藏微生物提高石油采收率.A strain of Bacillus kokeshiiformis CQ11 screened from high temperature and high salt reservoir was used as the object to study the salt tolerance, temperature tolerance and acid-base tolerance of the strain.The characteristics of emulsifier produced by the strain and its action on crude oil were studied. The results showed that the strain could grow well in the environment with salinity of 4%-8%, p H of 7-9, temperature of 45-65 ℃. The glycoprotein bioemulsifier produced by the strain had high emulsifying activity, which could withstand certain high temperature and not be affected by high salt, acid and alkali. Although the strain CQ11 belongs to Bacillus, its growth characteristics and bioemulsifiers are more similar to those of Geobacillus. The conclusion is that the strain has the application potential of highly efficient emulsified crude oil and can be used in microbial oil recovery technology of high temperature and salinity reservoir.
