聚羧酸外加剂中辅料对混凝土性能影响的探究

摘　　要：针对混凝土市场材料质量的波动,使用含泥量、含粉量高的机制砂、碎石易产生混凝土和易性差,敏感性高,包裹性高等一系列问题,通过在聚羧酸外加剂的基础上加入一些辅助材料,例如缓凝剂、引气剂、增稠剂来改善其混凝土综合性能。试验结果表明:缓凝剂的复合使用对于水泥胶砂早期和后期的强度有不同程度的提升;引气剂复合外加剂的使用,使得整体和易性改善,泌水现象改善;增稠剂复合外加剂使用,提高了混凝土的塑性粘度和屈服应力,从而整体改善其和易性能。Material for concrete market fluctuations,silt content and high powder content in the use of the mechanism of sand and gravel that cause the poor workability of concrete,high sensitivity,wrap the higher a series of problems,through on the basis of poly carboxylic acid additive adding some auxiliary materials,such as retarder,air-entraining agent,thickening agent to improve the comprehensive performance of concrete.The experimental results show that the compound use of retarder improves the strength of cement mortar in the early and late stages to different degrees.The use of air entrainment agent compound admixture improves the overall workability and bleeding phenomenon;The plastic viscosity and yield stress of concrete are improved by the use of thickening agent and admixture,so as to improve its workability as a whole.
