摘  要:根据某学院新生军训试点情况,阐述退伍学生担任军训教官在解决教官供需问题、开展爱国主义教育和国防安全教育、大学生自我教育管理等方面的重要价值,分析退伍学生承训面临的学习、思想、待遇等现实问题,提出横纵联动、部门协同、精神与物质激励结合的路径。According to the pilot situation of military training of freshmen in a college,the important value of demobilized students as military training instructors is expounded in the aspects such as solving the problem of supply and demand of instructors,carrying out patriotism education and national defense safety education,and self-education management of college students.The practical problems faced by the demobilized students in learning,thinking and treatment are analyzed,and a path of vertical and horizontal linkage,department coordination and combination of spiritual and material incentives is put forward.
