摘  要:目的研究乳腺癌中雄激素受体(androgen receptor,AR)的表达与雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)、人表皮生长因子受体2(human epidermal growth receptor 2,HER2)及Ki67、表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)表达的关系。方法用免疫组织化学染色方法评估1069例乳腺癌患者的AR、ER、PR、HER2、Ki67和EGFR的表达,并分析AR表达与ER、PR、HER2、Ki67及EGFR表达的关系。同时分析AR表达与临床情况如患者年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤类型、肿瘤分级等的关系。结果AR阳性表达率为77.36%,ER阳性表达率为60.99%、PR阳性表达率为61.18%,且AR的表达与ER、PR的表达(P<0.0001)、肿瘤大小(P=0.0139)及低增殖指数(P=0.0002)有关,与EGFR无关。在AR+/ER-组,AR表达与HER2(P=0.0375)、肿瘤大小(P=0.0460)及低Ki67表达(P=0.0111)有关;在AR+/PR-组,AR表达与低Ki67表达(P=0.0283)相关;在HER2-组,AR与低Ki67表达(P<0.0001)有关。结论AR可作为乳腺癌个体化治疗的新靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of androgen receptor(AR)in breast cancer patients and its relationship with estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2),Ki67 and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR).Methods The expression of AR,ER,PR,HER2,Ki67 and EGFR in 1069 cases of breast cancer were evaluated by immunohistochemistry,along with their clinical features including patient age,tumor size,tumor type,tumor grade,and then the relationship between AR expression and these clinicopathologic factors was analyzed.Results The AR positive rate was 77.36%,while the ER was 60.99%,PR was 61.18%.AR expression was significantly correlated with expression of ER,PR(P<0.0001),small tumor size(P=0.0139)and tumor with low proliferation index(P=0.0002),and not correlated with expression of EGFR.In AR+/ER-group,AR expression was significantly correlated with HER2 expression(P=0.0375),small tumors(P=0.0460)and low Ki67(P=0.0111).In AR+/PR-group,AR expression was associated with low Ki67(P=0.0283).In HER2-group,AR expression was significantly correlated with Ki67 expression(P<0.0001).Conclusion AR could be a new target for hormonal therapies of breast cancer.
