摘　　要：目的探讨超声造影(contrast-enhanced ultrasound,CEUS)在胃癌术前T分期中的应用价值。方法对于我院就诊的104例胃癌患者分别行多层螺旋CT(multi-detector computed tomography,MDCT)和CEUS检查,记录图像特点和T分期诊断,并与术后病理结果作对比分析。结果CEUS对胃癌术前T分期的总准确率比MDCT准确率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CEUS在T1、T2分期诊断中比MDCT准确率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论CEUS对胃癌术前T分期有较高的准确率,且具有无放射性、可重复性、实时动态等优点,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To evaluate value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)and multi-detector computed tomography(MDCT)in the preoperative T-staging of gastric cancer(GC).Methods One hundred and four cases of gastric cancer were examined by MDCT and CEUS respectively.Image characteristics and T-staging diagnosis were recorded and compared with postoperative pathological results.Results The overall accuracy of CEUS in T-staging of gastric cancer was higher than that of MDCT(P<0.01).CEUS was more accurate than MDCT in T1 and T2 staging(P<0.01).Conclusion CEUS has high accuracy in T-staging of gastric cancer,and it has the advantages of non-radioactivity,repeatability and real-time dynamic,so it is worthy of clinical application.
