羟基磷灰石义眼台植入36例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察羟基磷灰石义眼台植入的临床效果。方法对36例眼病患者行羟基磷灰石义眼台术式A及术式B植入术,随访6月~5年,观察各种并发症情况。结果36例患者中发生并发症者5例(13.9%),3例(8.3%)发生植入物暴露,其中术式A1例(3.8%),术式B2例(20%),义眼台慢性感染、结膜肉芽肿各1例(2.8%),余全部患者术后两眼外观对称,义眼有不同程度的活动度,均达到了满意的效果。结论羟基磷灰石义眼台植入对眼球摘除或眼内容剜除术患者的美容效果肯定。主要并发症是义眼台暴露,植入物的大小、手术方式选择、手术中无张力缝合技巧是减少并发症的重要因素。Objective To observe the clinical effect of hydroxyapatite orbital implantation.Methods 36 cases of ocular diseases were treated with hydroxyapatite orbital A and B implantation.All cases were followed up from 6 months to 5 years,and complications were observed.Results Among 36 patients,5 cases got complications(13.9%)and 3 cases(8.3%)got implants exposure.Complication happened in one case in implantation method A(3.8%),while Implantation therapy B had complications in two cases(20%).One case got chronic infection of artificial ocular platform(2.8%)and one case had conjunctival granuloma(2.8%).The eyes of other cases were symmetrical in appearance and had some degrees of activity and the therapy results were satisfactory.Conclusion The effect of hydroxyapatite implantation on the cosmetic results of enucleation or enucleation of eye contents is positive.The main complications are the exposure of the prosthetic eye.The size of the implant,the choice of surgical methods,and the tension-free suture technique during the operation are the important factors to reduce the complications.
