摘 要:探究凝集素类受体蛋白激酶基因(ChLecRLK)与欧李抗性之间的关系,筛选抗性较高的欧李品种。本研究依据欧李转录组数据筛选出4个ChLecRLK基因,利用qRT-PCR进行其在26个欧李品种果实中的表达分析,测定部分品种的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)的含量,并与基因表达情况进行关联分析。结果表明:gene22928与gene20743在各品种中的表达量相对较高,Nongda 5、10-03和JO-1中的表达量高,与其它品种比较有显著差异;ChLecRLK表达量高的品种(10-03、JO-1和Nongda 5)的保护性酶含量显著高于表达量低的品种(Y04-26、08-24和03-25);ChLecRLK的表达丰度与果肉色泽存在一定关系,黄色或黄红色果肉品种10-03、09-19、15-02、X17-01和08-16的ChLecRLK相对基因表达量较高,可作为为欧李抗逆性选育的优势品种。The relationship between expression of lectin receptor protein kinase gene(ChLecRLK) and resistance of Cerasus humilis was studied to select the varieties with high resistance. In this study, four ChLecRLKs up-regulated genes were screened according to the transcriptome data. Their expression abundances were detected in the fruits of 26 varieties of C.humilis by qRT-PCR method.At the same time, the contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT) and peroxidase(POD) of some varieties were measured to correlate with gene expression.The results showed that gene22928 and gene20743 had relatively high expression levels in 26 varieties. Compared with other varieties, Nongda 5, 10-03 and JO-1 have high expression levels and the difference was significant. The contents of protective enzymes in varieties with high ChLecRLK expression levels including 10-03, JO-1 and Nongda5 were significantly higher than those in varieties with low expression including Y04-26, 08-24 and 03-25. The expression abundance of ChLecRLK had relationship with the color of the pulp.ChLecRLK differential gene expression levels of yellow or yellow-red flesh varieties including 10-03, Nongda 5, 09-19,15-02, X17-01 and 08-16 were high. Therefore, they can be used as the dominant varieties for resistance breeding of C.humilis.
