摘　　要：本科高校作为国际化人才培养的重要平台,通过中外合作办学形式,为我国培养了一批又一批的国际化专业人才,但这些人才与我国新时代对国际化人才的要求还存在很大差距。通过对新时代高校国际化人才目标的解析,构建了包括知识、技能和素质等要素的国际化人才能力框架。并从培养目标、条件支撑、培养过程与质量评价4个方面对国际化人才培养体系进行分析优化,构建了基于可持续改进的闭环国际化人才培养体系。As an important platform for international talent training,undergraduate colleges and universities have trained groups of international talents for our country through Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools,but there is still a big gap between these talents and China’s new era requirements.By building a framework of international talent ability including knowledge,skills and quality based on the analysis of the objectives of international talent training in colleges and universities in the new era,this paper optimizes the training system from four aspects:training objectives,condition support,training process and quality evaluation,and establishes a closed-loop international talent training system based on sustainable improvement.
