摘  要:目的探讨C1q/TNF相关蛋白9(CTRP9)在缺血性脑卒中患者中的表达及意义。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,选择2017年1月~2021年1月太和县人民医院神经内科收治的缺血性脑卒中患者200例(观察组),另选择同期健康体检者200例(对照组)。观察组又根据改良的Rankin量表评分分为轻度组92例,中度组56例,重度组52例。比较观察组与对照组以及不同疾病严重程度患者C1q、CTRP9、血脂水平,分析CTRP9、C1q与血脂水平以及疾病严重程度的相关性。结果观察组C1q、TC、TG和LDL水平明显高于对照组,CTRP9和HDL水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。轻度组、中度组和重度组C1q、CTRP9、TC、TG、HDL及LDL水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。中度组和重度组C1q、TC、TG及LDL水平明显高于轻度组,HDL水平明显低于轻度组,且重度组C1q、TC、TG及LDL水平明显高于中度组,CTRP9和HDL水平明显低于中度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。相关性分析显示,缺血性脑卒中患者C1q与TC、TG、LDL以及疾病严重程度呈正相关(r=0.336,r=0.445,r=0.458,r=0.547,P<0.01),与HDL呈负相关(r=-0.632,P<0.01),CTRP9与TC、TG、LDL以及疾病严重程度呈负相关(r=-0.254,r=-0.369,r=-0.851,r=-0.634,P<0.01),与HDL呈正相关(r=0.741,P<0.01)。结论CTRP9具有保护缺血性脑卒中的脑组织和降低脑部病变严重性的能力,是缺血性脑卒中的可行性生物标志物和潜在治疗靶标。Objective To study the expression of C1q/TNF-related protein 9(CTRP9)and its sig-nificance in ischemic cerebral stroke(ICS)patients.Methods Two hundred ICS patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 served as an observation group and 200 people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period served as a control group.The patients in observation group were further divied into mild ICS group(n=92),moder-ate ICS group(n=56)and severe ICS group(n=52).The serum levels of C1q,CTRP9 and blood lipids in observation group and control group were measured and compared.The relationship of serum CTRP9,C1q and blood lipids levels with ICS severity were analyzed.Results The serum levels of C1q,CTRP9 and blood lipids were significantly higher while those of CTRP9 and HDL were significantly lower in observation group than in control group(P<0.01).The serum levels of C1q,CTRP9,TG,TC and LDL were significantly higher in mild,moderate and severe ICS groups than in control group(P<0.01).The serum levels of C1q,TG,TC and LDL were signifi-cantly higher while those of CTRP9 and HDL were significantly lower in severe ICS group than in mild ICS group(P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that C1q was positively related with TG,TC,LDL and ICS severity(r=0.336,r=0.445,r=0.458,r=0.547,P<0.01)and negatively related with HDL(r=-0.632,P<0.01)while CTRP9 was negatively related with TG,TC,LDL and ICS severity(r=-0.254,r=-0.369,r=-0.851,r=-0.634,P<0.01)and positive-ly related with HDL(r=0.741,P<0.01).Conclusion CTRP9,a biomarker and potential treat-ment target,can protect brain tissue against damage and alleviate brain lesions in ICS patients.
