切开复位坚固内固定治疗上颌骨骨折的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究上颌骨骨折治疗时采用切开复位坚固内固定的临床效果。方法70例上颌骨骨折患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组实施颌间固定治疗,观察组实施切开复位坚固内固定治疗。比较两组临床相关指标、治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗时间(1.1±0.3)周短于对照组的(3.2±1.3)周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后口臭、咬合紊乱占比小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为85.71%,高于对照组的62.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上颌骨骨折治疗中,切开复位坚固内固定能够更快恢复口腔功能和咬合关系,治疗效果更好,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of open reduction and rigid internal fixation in the treatment of maxillary fracture.Methods A total of 70 patients with maxillary fracture were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received intermaxillary fixation,and the observation group received open reduction and rigid internal fixation.The clinical indicators and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment time(1.1±0.3)weeks of the observation group was shorter than(3.2±1.3)weeks of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportions of halitosis and occlusal disorder in the observation group was lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 85.71%,which was higher than 62.86%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of maxillary fracture,open reduction and rigid internal fixation can quickly restore oral function and occlusal relationship,with better therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
