氯氮平+阿立哌唑治疗难治性精神分裂症的效果和用药安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨对难治性精神分裂症采用氯氮平联合阿立哌唑进行治疗的效果与安全性。方法100例难治性精神分裂症患者,按照随机的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予氯氮平进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予阿立哌唑进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗后临床效果、治疗前后副反应量表(TESS)及日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分。结果治疗后,观察组患者总有效率为94.00%,明显高于对照组的74.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的TESS评分均低于治疗前、ADL评分均高于治疗前,且观察组TESS评分(12.36±2.64)分低于对照组的(17.95±3.11)分、ADL评分(66.51±2.29)分高于对照组的(63.02±1.83)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论难治性精神分裂症患者采用氯氮平联合阿立哌唑进行治疗,可有效改善患者的临床症状,促进患者社会功能的恢复,具有一定的安全性,因此该治疗方案具有确切的治疗效果。Objective To discuss the effect and medication safety of clozapine combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia.Methods A total of 100 patients with refractory schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with clozapine,and patients in the observation group were treated with aripiprazole on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)and activities of daily living(ADL)scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than 74.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TESS scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the ADL score was higher than of this group before treatment;the TESS score(12.36±2.64)points of the observation group was lower than(17.95±3.11)points of the control group,and the ADL score(66.51±2.29)points was higher than(63.02±1.83)points of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clozapine in combination with aripiprazole in the treatment of refractory schizophrenia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the recovery of patients’social function,with a certain degree of safety,so the treatment regimen has a definite therapeutic effect.
