摘　　要：目的观察低剂量率脉冲放射治疗对治疗后复发转移的晚期癌症患者的近期疗效及患者对不良反应的耐受性。方法4例晚期肿瘤复发患者接受低剂量率脉冲照射后1~4个月,根据RECIST1.0标准评估其近期疗效及治疗相关不良反应,并对相关文献进行复习。结果4例患者均顺利完成全程治疗,2例患者达部分缓解(PR),1例完全缓解(CR),所有患者治疗不良反应轻微,耐受性好。结论低剂量率脉冲放射治疗对晚期复发肿瘤患者的局部再治疗效果确切,不良反应轻微。Objective To observe the short-term effectiveness and safety of pulsed low-dose rate radiotherapy(PLDR)in the treatment of patients with relapsed cancer and their tolerance to adverse reactions.Methods A total of four patients with relapsed cancer underwent PLDR radiotherapy for one to four months.According to the RECIST 1.0 standard,their short-term effectiveness and related adverse reactions were evaluated,and related literature was reviewed.Results All the four patients successfully finished the whole treatment,where 2 patients reached partial response(PR)and 1 patient reached complete response(CR).The patients manifested slight adverse reactions,with good tolerance.Conclusions PLDR radiotherapy is effective in the treatment of relapsed cancer,with slight adverse reactions.
