摘 要:波浪是海岸工程、港口工程、船舶和海洋工程中需要考虑的主要荷载因素。目前研究波浪载荷的主要技术手段是在试验水池放置缩小的结构物模型,并模拟现场的波浪环境,从而实现波浪载荷的精确测量,为工程设计提供科学依据。造波机是试验室模拟波浪环境的关键设备,其运动控制系统的性能直接关系到模型试验的精准度。本文介绍一种基于EtherCAT网络的大型造波机运动控制系统,该系统具有良好的同步运动性能,并具有良好的扩展性,可为先进造波方法研究提供设备平台。Wave is the main load to be considered in coastal engineering, port engineering, ship and ocean engineering. At present, the main technical means to study the wave load is to place a reduced scale structure model in the test tank and simulate the wave environment, so as to realize the accurate measurement of wave load and provide a scientific basis for engineering design. Wave maker is the core equipment to simulate wave environment in laboratory, and the performance of its motion control system is directly related to the accuracy of model test. This paper designs a large wave maker motion control system based on EtherCAT network. The system has good synchronous motion performances and good expansibility,which can provide equipment platform for the research of advanced wave making methods.
