丝绸产品传承与创新的“桑果”理论建构探索

摘　　要：秉承以丝绸产品创新推动丝绸产业发展的理念,文章基于“一因双果、跨越三产”的丝绸产业特征,提出适用于丝绸产品历史传承与创新开发的“桑果”理论。“桑果”理论以种桑为丝绸产业兴起的因,以种桑养蚕直接地产出“桑类和蚕类产品”和间接地产出“丝类产品”为丝绸产业产出的双果,其理论建构以影响丝绸产品传承与创新的四个主要层面为基础,即丝绸文明和丝绸生活、丝绸哲学和丝绸科学。针对丝绸产业发展的现状,接轨当前种桑、养蚕、缫丝、织绸、成品、商品的丝绸产业链,以丝绸文明为根基,以满足人类丝绸生活的需要为目标,构建起以丝绸产业“桑”的起源和“果”的产出为经度、以丝绸哲学和丝绸科学为纬度的丝绸产品传承与创新的理论体系,并示出以丝绸产品为核心的“桑果”理论的立体架构,研究成果为丝绸产品的历史传承与创新开发提供理论和方法论参考。Silk civilization originated in China is one of the main factors for the rise and development of Chinese silk industry.This paper analyzes the historical origins of the silk industry and the contemporary characteristics of spanning the primary secondary and tertiary industries of agriculture,industry,and service,proposes the theory of"Mulberry&Outcomes"applicable to the historical inheritance and innovative development of silk products,which is conductive to enhancing the added value of silk products and promoting the healthy development of the silk industry.The theory of"Mulberry&Outcomes"is proposed by following the concept of promoting the development of the silk industry with silk product innovation.Based on the characteristics of the silk industry of"one cause,double outcomes,and spanning three industries",the paper takes the direct output of"mulberry and silkworm products"and the indirect output of"silk products"by planting mulberry and raising silkworms as the double outcomes of the silk industry.And then,according to the current development status of the silk industry,combined with the current silk industry chain of mulberry growing,sericulture,silk reeling,silk weaving,finial products,and commodities,a theoretical system for silk product inheritance and innovation is established on the basis of silk civilization for the purpose of meeting the needs of human silk life.The theoretical system takes the origin of planting mulberry and its outcomes as the longitude,and takes silk philosophy and silk science as the latitude.Besides,the"Mulberry&Outcomes"theory is further condensed into a content expression and three-dimensional framework of"one core,two latitudes,three elements,and four levels".One core refers to silk products,that is,the direct output of"mulberry and silkworm products"and the indirect output of"silk products"in various industrial chain links of the silk industry.Of the two dimensions,the theoretical longitude from the origin of"mulberry"to the output of the"outcomes"connect the silk civilizat
