摘  要:为避免电力电子开关反复动作出现数值振荡导致仿真结果出现偏差,使用插值方法回退到开关动作时刻重新仿真是最有效的方法。但是以往的插值方法着重于回退之后数值算法的切换和步长的选择,对于插值方法精度问题和阻尼特性并无太多研究。文中提出一种将数值方法 TR-BDF2与改进的二次插值技术结合,适用于开关电路仿真的新方法。除了保留插值后的二阶精度外,该技术还保留了抑制由开关动作引起的变量快速瞬变的能力。由于常规插值技术不具有阻尼特性,如果在数值振荡尚未衰减时使用插值,则会导致精度下降。因此要达到所需精度水平,积分步长有时小于预期值。利用TR-BDF2与改进的插值技术相结合的新方法在开关动作时不会受到影响,可有效提高仿真效率。通过理论推导和算例结果分析,与传统方法相比所提方法更具优势,是一种更加高效、可靠的方法。Since the numerical oscillation caused by the repeated actions of the power electronic switch will lead to deviated simulation results,the interpolation method is considered to be the most effective method to retreat to the moment of the switch action to perform re-simulation. However,the previous interpolation methods have focused on the switching of the numerical algorithm and the selection of the step size after the back-off,and there have been not much research on the accuracy and damping characteristics of the interpolation methods. In view of this,a new method that combines the numerical method TRBDF2(trapezoidal rule with the second order backward difference formula)with an improved quadratic interpolation technique is proposed, which is suitable for switching circuit simulation. In addition to retaining the second order accuracy after interpolation,the method also retains the ability to suppress variable rapid transient changes caused by switching actions. Since the conventional interpolation technique does not have damping characteristics,if the interpolation is used when the numerical oscillation has not been damped, the accuracy will decrease. Therefore, in order to achieve the required accuracy, the integration step size is sometimes smaller than the expected value. The new method integrated TR-BDF2 with the improved interpolation technology will not be affected during the switching action,which can effectively improve the simulation efficiency.It can be seen from the results of theoretical derivation and example analysis that the proposed method has more advantages than the traditional methods,and is a more efficient and reliable method.
