摘 要:目的探讨PDCA循环法在胰腺外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。方法将52名在胰腺外科进行住院医师规范化培训的医生随机分成2组,研究组采用PDCA循环教学模式进行培训,对照组采用传统教学模式进行培训。比较两组中规培医生出科理论考试成绩、临床技能操作和教学质量的差异性。结果研究组的出科理论考试成绩、临床技能操作成绩和教学质量反馈均明显优于对照组(P < 0.01)。结论 PDCA循环教学法取得更好的教学效果,有助于提高胰腺外科住院医师规范化培训质量。Objective To evaluate the application of PDCA cycle in standardized training of pancreatic surgery residents.Methods 52 standardized training doctors in pancreatic surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups,PDCA cycle method and the traditional teaching method were used in the experimental group and the control group respectively.The examination scords,the ability of clinical operational skills,and the quality of teaching were compared between the two groups.Results The final and total scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion The PDCA cycle method achieves better teaching effects than the traditional teaching method,which helps to improve the quality of standardized training for pancreatic surgery residents.
