摘 要:依据原料基本单元形态的不同(细长小径材形态和宽薄单板),将重组木分为两类:传统重组木和高性能重组木。围绕两类重组木的制备工艺,重点论述主要工艺的研究进展,分析瓶颈问题;针对高性能重组木关键技术的薄弱环节,提出优化木束单元精细疏解技术、提升加工装备自动化水平、开发绿色功能化的高端产品,构建完善的理论技术体系等建议。According to the morphology difference of the raw-materials(small-diameter logs and wideand-thin veneer),the wood scrimbers were divided into two categories:the traditional wood scrimbers and the high-performance wood scrimbers.In this paper,the processing technologies were reviewed and discussed,and the bottleneck issues were analyzed.In view of the weak points of the key technologies for the high performance scrimbers,four suggestions were proposed,including optimization of the fine crush technology for the wood bundles,increasing automation of the processing equipment,developing green and multifunctional wood scrimbers,as well as building sound theoretical and technical systems.
