摘 要:为提高蒜头果的综合开发利用价值,以干燥蒜头果果壳、果皮粉末为原料,采用索氏提取法提取蒜头果果壳、果皮粗脂肪,分析浸泡时间、提取时间、提取温度3个因素对蒜头果果壳、果皮粗脂肪提取率的影响,应用L_(9)(3_(4))正交试验优选最佳提取工艺。结果表明:蒜头果果壳、果皮粗脂肪提取的最佳工艺条件:蒜头果果壳为浸泡时间6 h、提取温度90℃、提取时间12 h;果皮为浸种时间30 h、提取温度90℃、提取时间12 h。对粗脂肪提取率进行方差分析和极差分析,结果表明浸泡时间对果壳、果皮粗脂肪提取率的影响最大,提取时间对果壳、果皮粗脂肪提取率的影响最小。在最佳工艺条件下进行验证试验,粗脂肪提取率分别为6.47%和6.60%。正交试验法优选蒜头果果壳、果皮粗脂肪提取工艺稳定、可行,为蒜头果资源的进一步研究与利用奠定了基础。In order to improve the comprehensive development and utilization values of Malania oleifera,the dry shell and peel powder of M.oleifera were used as raw materials to extract the crude fat from the shell and peel of M.oleifera by Soxhlet extraction method.The effects of three factors(soaking time,extraction time and extraction temperature)on the extraction rate of crude fat from the shell and peel of M.oleifera were analyzed.The optimum extraction process was optimized by L_(9)(3_(4))orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum extraction process conditions of crude fat extraction from the shell and peel of M.oleifera were as follows:the soaking time of M.oleifera shell 6 h,extraction temperature 90℃,extraction time 12 h;the soaking time of M.oleifera peel 30 h,extraction temperature 90℃,extraction time 12 h.The results of variance analysis and range analysis showed that the soaking time had the greatest effects on the extraction rate of crude fat from the shell and peel,and extraction time had the least effects on the extraction rate of crude fat.The verification experiment was conducted under the optimal extraction process conditions,the extraction rates of crude fat were 6.47%and 6.60%respectively.The extraction process of crude fat from the shell and peel of M.oleifera was stable and feasible,which laid a foundation for further research and utilization of M.oleifera resources.
