摘 要:组织战略变革与组织身份差异通常被视为不同的学科域,文章通过对组织身份差异与组织战略变革及其相关学科域主要理论文献的整合研究,发现组织身份差异与组织战略变革同一。概念测量构念对其定义的忽略、错配、背离或相互脱节是普遍现象,组织战略变革测量构念与其概念定义的适配性存在很大的偏差。本文遵循形式逻辑的定义研究方法,整合界定组织身份和组织身份差异的概念定义,发展演化组织战略变革概念定义及其概念模型,兼合组织身份“黑箱式”概念和组织身份差异两个层序的分析,建构“黑箱式”组织身份定义嵌入的组织身份差异次序解构模型。据此,基于概念定义规制测量构念生成原则与机制的建构分析,参照并质疑以往组织战略变革测量构念及其生成方式,衍生组织战略变革身份差异测量构念,归并组织战略变革的定位差异与观念差异两个测量构念,考量组织身份差异与组织战略变革的理论以及概念定义演化与测量构念生成的关系,建构组织战略变革概念定义演化及其身份差异内化的测量构念模型。组织身份差异和组织战略变革跨界融合的理论和测量研究具有较大的管理实践空间,在一定程度上能够助推组织实现定位差异、观念差异和身份差异三维结合的组织战略变革第二曲线跃迁,规制组织在竞争中注重初始组织身份内生、过去组织身份审视、现在组织身份建构、未来组织身份重塑的管理变革实践路径。Organizational strategic change and organizational identity difference are usually regarded as different subject domains,the literature on the evolution of organizational identity theory shows the correlation between organi-zational identity difference and organizational strategic change.The interdisciplinary integration of organiza-tional identity difference and organizational strategic change has become a hot topic in the research.This paper attempts to propose a research supposition on the cross-boundary coupling of organizational identity difference and organizational strategic change,and then establish a theoretical research proposition on the measurement construct of organizational identity difference for strategic change,and further expand to a general theoretical problem on the evolution of organizational strategic change definition and measurement construct generation change.Through the integrated study and analysis on main theoretical literature of organizational identity dif-ference,organizational strategic change and their relevant subject domains,we find that organizational identity difference and organizational strategic change have an intersection.Definition regulates the measurement con-struct,and the measurement construct of the same concept based on different definitions often has different the-oretical orientation,practical orientation and construct structure.At present,neglect,mismatching,deviation,and/or disconnection between the measurement construct and its definition are common phenomena,and the adaptability of the measurement construct of organizational strategic change to its definition is greatly deviated.Existing organizational identity defini-tions mostly have the main feature of“black box”definition and inter-pretation from one single perspective.This paper tries to break through the predicament of the“black box”defi-nition of who we are.Coupling multiple research perspectives,it emphasizes the self-reference concept and or-ganizational identity isomorphism,and integrates def
