摘　　要：推进“课程思政”是成人高校教学改革的新方向,而教育教学的改革是由一线的教师来实现完成。因此,提升成人高校专业课教师的政治素养尤为重要。针对当前成人高校专业课教师政治素养存在的问题,以教师基本素养与养成课程为例,对成人高校专业课教师政治素养的提升方法进行了积极探究。Promoting"curriculum ideological and political education"is a new direction of the teaching reform in adult education institutes,and the reform of education and teaching is to be realized and completed by frontline teachers.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the political literacy of professional teachers in adult education institutes.In view of the current problems existing in the political literacy of professional teachers in adult education institutes,taking the basic literacy of teachers and the cultivation course as an example,this paper actively explored the ways to improve the political literacy of professional teachers in adult education institutes.
