半夏泻心汤治疗胃癌研究

摘　　要：胃癌是临床最常见的消化道肿瘤,其临床表现多为胃脘灼痛、口苦吞酸、胃部嘈杂等,其病机多为脾虚为本,痰瘀阻滞化热、气机升降失调为标。西医临床治疗多以放化疗为主,病人耐受性不佳。而半夏泻心汤具有辛开苦降、寒热平调、攻补兼施的配伍特点,广泛应用于气机升降失常、寒热错杂、虚实夹杂等病证的治疗中。且半夏泻心汤在胃癌癌前病变的治疗、胃癌微环境的调节、胃癌的转移复发、术后或放化疗后消化道不良反应的改善等方面具有显著疗效。基于此,本文从半夏泻心汤逆转或阻止胃黏膜的癌前病变调节胃癌微环境,抑制胃癌的生长增殖和腹膜转移等方面进行述评,以期为半夏泻心汤防治胃癌的研究提供参考并扩大其临床应用范围。Gastric cancer is the most common gastrointestinal tumor in clinic,and its clinical manifestations are mostly epigastric burning pain,bitter swallowing of acid in the mouth,stomach discomfort,etc.Its pathogenesis is mainly based on spleen deficiency,phlegm-blood stasis blocking heat,and Qi dysregulation.The clinical treatment of western medicine is mainly chemoradiotherapy with poor patient tolerance.Banxia Xiexin decoction is characterized by the compatibility of"open bitter descent","cold and heat regulating"and"both tonifying and purging".It is widely used in the treatment of diseases and syndromes such as abnormal lifting of Qi activity,mixed cold and heat,and mixed deficiency and excess.Moreover,Banxia Xiexin decoction has significant effects on the treatment of gastric cancer precancerous lesions,the regulation of gastric cancer microenvironment,the metastasis and recurrence of gastric cancer,and the improvement of gastrointestinal adverse reactions after surgery or chemoradiotherapy.Based on this,this paper summarized and analyzed Banxia Xiexin decoction in terms of reversing or preventing precancerous lesions of gastric mucosa,regulating the gastric microenvironment,inhibiting the growth and proliferation of gastric cancer and peritoneal metastasis,in order to provide reference for the research on prevention and treatment of gastric cancer and expand its clinical application scope.
