摘　　要：目的探讨波形蛋白、骨桥蛋白在三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)组织中的表达情况及其与预后的关系。方法选取120例TNBC患者(TNBC组)和30例乳腺良性疾病患者(对照组)为研究对象,均采用免疫组化染色法检测波形蛋白、骨桥蛋白在TNBC组织和乳腺良性疾病组织中的表达情况。比较TNBC组和对照组波形蛋白、骨桥蛋白表达情况,以及波形蛋白、骨桥蛋白表达阳性和表达阴性的TNBC患者临床病理特征;分析TNBC患者波形蛋白、骨桥蛋白表达情况的相关性及其与预后的关系。结果 TNBC组波形蛋白、骨桥蛋白的阳性表达率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。波形蛋白阳性表达患者肿瘤直径为T2或T3期,淋巴结转移为N2或N3,临床分期为Ⅲ期的比例均高于波形蛋白阴性表达患者(均P<0.05),骨桥蛋白阳性表达患者肿瘤直径为T2期,临床分期为Ⅱ期或Ⅲ期的比例均高于骨桥蛋白阴性表达患者(均P<0.05)。TNBC患者波形蛋白与骨桥蛋白的表达情况呈正相关(P<0.05)。波形蛋白阳性表达、骨桥蛋白阳性表达TNBC患者的无病生存率分别低于波形蛋白阴性、骨桥蛋白阴性表达患者(P<0.05)。结论在TNBC组织中波形蛋白与骨桥蛋白阳性表达率高,且两者表达情况呈正相关,其在TNBC的发生、发展中可能起协同作用,二者的高表达提示TNBC患者预后不良。Objective To explore the expression of vimentin and osteopontin in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) tissues and its relationship with prognosis.Methods A total of 120 TNBC patients(TNBC group) and 30 patients with benign breast diseases(control group) were enrolled as research subjects. All patients undertook immunohistochemical staining to detect the expression of vimentin and osteopontin in TNBC tissues and benign breast diseases tissues. The expression of vimentin/osteopontin was compared between the TNBC group and the control group, and the clinicopathological characteristics were compared between TNBC patients with positive and negative vimentin/osteopontin expression;among TNBC patients, the correlation between vimentin expression and osteopontin expression as well as the relationship of the expression of vimentin/osteopontin with prognosis was analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of vimentin and osteopontin in the TNBC group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05). Patients with positive expression of vimentin had higher proportions of cases with tumor diameter of stage T2 or T3, cases with lymph node metastasis of N2 or N3, and cases with clinical stage Ⅲ as compared with patients with negative expression of vimentin(all P<0.05). Patients with positive expression of osteopontin exhibited higher proportions of cases with tumor diameter of stage T2 and cases with clinical stage Ⅱ or Ⅲ than patients with negative expression of osteopontin(all P<0.05). Vimentin expression positively correlated with osteopontin expression in TNBC patients(P<0.05). The disease-free survival rates of TNBC patients with positive expression of vimentin and positive expression of osteopontin were higher than those of the patients with negative expression of vimentin and negative expression of osteopontin, respectively(P<0.05).
