摘　　要：工程专业认证强调以学生为中心,注重培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力,本文设计了一个综合性的高分子材料与工程实验——高温硫化甲基乙烯基硅橡胶的制备与性能测试。实验要求学生通过文献调研、小组讨论明确实验基本原理的基础上,自主设计实验方案,制备甲基乙烯基硅橡胶制品,测试硅橡胶生胶的分子量、热行为及硫化胶的基本力学性能,以科研论文形式完成实验报告撰写。实验综合了高分子化学、高分子物理、聚合物加工原理、高分子研究方法、文献检索及科技论文写作等多门专业课及实践课的知识点,包含资料搜索整理、小组讨论、实验操作、论文撰写等一系列环节,在理论实践上均具有较高的综合性,能够培养学生综合利用所学知识,解决实际问题的能力。In the engineering education accreditation,it emphasizes student-centered and focuses on cultivating the students ability to solve complex engineering problems.A comprehensive polymer material and engineering experiment(preparation and property test of high temperature vulcanized methyl vinyl silicone rubber)is designed.The experiment requires students to clarify the basic principles of the experiment through literature research and group discussion,independently design experimental programs to prepare methyl vinyl silicone rubber products and detect the molecular weight and thermal behavior of polysiloxane and mechanical properties of vulcanized silicone rubber,and write the experimental report in the form of scientific research papers.The experiment integrates the knowledge of many professional courses and practical courses such as polymer chemistry,polymer physics,polymer processing principles,polymer characterization and testing,literature retrieval and scientific paper writing,which includes a series of parts such as data search and arrangement,group discussions,experimental operations,and paper writing.The experiment is highly comprehensive in theory and practice,which can cultivate students'ability to comprehensively utilize the knowledge they have learned to solve practical problems.
