摘 要:目的对医学生医患沟通能力培养过程中实施角色扮演小组讨论教学的教学效果进行观察。方法2020年7月—11月,将本院在2020年6月份入学的54名医学生作为此次研究对象,按照奇偶分组法将医学生分为研究组与对照组,每组学生各27名,前者实施角色扮演小组讨论教学措施,后者实施传统教学措施,将两组学生教学后各项指标状况进行对比。结果研究组医学生医患沟通能力的理论成绩、实践操作成绩、学生满意度以及人文关怀达标率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论角色扮演小组讨论教学措施的实施效果显著,对医学生医患沟通能力的提升具有积极意义。Objective To observe the teaching effect of role play group discussion teaching in the process of cultivating medical students'doctor-patient communication ability.Methods From July to November 2020,54 medical students enrolled in our hospital in June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the odd and even grouping method,the medical students were divided into the research group and the control group,with 27 cases in each group.The former implemented role-playing group discussion teaching measures,while the latter implemented traditional teaching measures.Results The theoretical performance,practical operation performance,student satisfaction and humanistic care compliance rate of medical students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the data difference was large,indicating that the comparison results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation effect of role-playing group discussion teaching measures is significant,which has positive significance for the improvement of medical students'doctor-patient communication ability.
