摘  要:目的分析医学虚拟仿真实验教学平台在普通外科学教学中的应用效果。方法本研究于2021年3月-7月,抽取本校2017级医学专业五年制本科学生120名,根据随机分组的原则将120名学生分为两组,每组各60名,分别实行不同的教学方法,一组实行传统的外科学教学模式(传统教学组),另一组实行医学虚拟仿真实验教学模式(虚拟仿真教学组),比较分析通过不同的教学模式后,两组学生的教学效果,并调查学生对两种教学模式的评分及满意度情况。结果虚拟仿真实验教学组学生的普通外科学基础理论考核成绩以及临床技能考核成绩相较于传统教学组学生均更高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过调查问卷调查显示,虚拟仿真实验教学组学生在学习兴趣、自主学习能力、加深理论内容的理解、实践操作技能以及临床思维能力等方面的评分相较于传统教学组学生均更高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);虚拟仿真实验教学组学生的教学满意度达到95.00%,相较于传统教学组学生的83.33%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普通外科学教学中应用医学虚拟仿真实验教学平台进行教学,有助于提高整体教学效果和教学质量,相较于传统教学模式,其更能提高学生的学习兴趣,锻炼学生的实践操作技能水平,同时还能提高学生的教学满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of medical virtual simulation experiment teaching platform in general surgery teaching.Methods This study was conducted from March to July 2021,120 cases of five-year medical students of grade 2017 were selected,and 120 cases were divided into two groups according to the principle of random grouping,with 60 cases in each group.And were given different teaching methods.One group adopted the traditional surgical teaching mode(traditional teaching group),the other group implemented medical virtual simulation experiment teaching mode(virtual simulation teaching group).Then,the teaching effect of two groups of students after different teaching modes were compared and analyzed,and the students'scores and satisfaction of two teaching modes were investigated.Results The general surgery basic theory examination results and clinical skills examination results in the virtual simulation experiment teaching group was higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);According to the questionnaire survey,the scores of students such as the learning interest,autonomous learning ability,deepening the understanding of theoretical content,practical operation skills and clinical thinking ability in the virtual simulation experimental teaching group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);And the teaching satisfaction of the students in the virtual simulation experiment teaching group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the traditional teaching group(83.33%),and there was big difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medical virtual simulation experiment teaching platform in the teaching of general surgery which it helps to improve the overall teaching effect and teaching quality,and compared with the traditional teaching mode,it can improve students'interest in learning,exercise their practi
