桥梁课阶段引入肿瘤化疗总论课程的调研分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京大学医学部临床医学专业医学生在桥梁课阶段学习肿瘤化疗总论前后对肿瘤知识的掌握程度及学习需求。方法采用问卷调查法,在理论及见习课程全部结束后,由学生匿名作答。结果学生学习前掌握较好的是肿瘤的分期、病因学及病理诊断等基础知识;经过学习后,认知提高较多的是靶向治疗副反应、化疗副反应及化疗疗效;学生最希望增加的内容是肿瘤治疗新进展、靶向治疗疗效、化疗疗效及检验检查方法。结论桥梁课阶段引入肿瘤化疗总论课程可有效弥补学生肿瘤临床知识的不足,有利于在医学生进入器官系统疾病学习前对肿瘤的诊治有一个整体把握,提升学生对肿瘤知识的求知兴趣。Objectives To investigate the knowledge of the clinical medical students of Peking University Health Science Center before and after learning the general theory and trainee teaching of cancer chemotherapy in the bridge course stage and the learning needs.Methods Questionnaire survey was used in this study.At the end of the theory and trainee courses r,the students answered the questionnaire anonymously.Results Before learning,the students had mastered the basic knowledge of tumor stage,etiology and pathological diagnosis.After learning,the most improved parts were side effects of targeted therapy and chemotherapy and the efficacy of chemotherapy.The contents of the students want to improve most were the new progress in cancer therapy,the efficacy of targeted therapy,the efficacy of chemotherapy,and the methods of diagnosis.Conclusions The introduction of the cancer chemotherapy general teaching in the bridge course can effectively compensate for the insufficient of tumor clinical knowledge of the students,and is beneficial to a comprehensive understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of cancer before medical students enter the teaching of organ system diseases,and raise students'interest in oncology knowledge.
