摘  要:检体诊断学是由基础医学转向临床医学学习的重要桥梁课程。目前传统检体诊断学双语教学中存在授课时间有限、内容枯燥、没有兼顾英文水平欠佳的学生等问题。我们探索将学习通网络教学平台应用于检体诊断学双语教学,使传统的课堂教学模式在时空上得以延伸,以学生为中心,充分发挥其主动参与学习的能动性。我们通过完善教学大纲,优化教学课件,在授课前录制双语教学视频,结合基于团队学习的教学模式,利用学习通平台优势,让学生做好课前预习和讨论,熟悉相关英文专业词汇,课堂上让学生带着问题听课及积极互动,课后参与反馈及做好复习。最终使学生专业英语水平得到提高,更重要的是掌握检体诊断学这门桥梁课程的基本理论、基本知识、基本技能和诊断思维。Physical diagnosis is an important bridging course from basic medicine to clinical medicine.There are some problems in traditional diagnosis bilingual teaching,for example,limited lecture time,the boring content and students with poor English skills not taken into account.We explore that learning APP is applied to diagnosis bilingual teaching,so the traditional classroom teaching mode can be extended in time and space.We put students first and let them participate in learning initiative.We complete the teaching outline,modify the powerpoint and record the bilingual lecture video before class.We take Team-Based Learning teaching model and use learning APP.We let the students do the preparation and discussion before class,and then be familiar with professional English words.The students attend class with questions and positive interaction.After class,they participate in feedback and are ready to review.At last,the medicine English level can be improved.What is more important is to master the basic theory,basic knowledge,basic skills and diagnostic thinking level.
