摘  要:英才教育制度是俄罗斯创新人才培养体系的重要组成部分。探究俄罗斯英才教育制度演进的机制与逻辑,不仅有助于我们理解和解决我国英才教育体系建设面临的突出问题,规避其教训,也有助于把握俄罗斯英才教育制度的演进趋势。基于历史制度主义视角研究发现:俄罗斯英才教育制度近60年的发展演进受到国家政治议程、经济起落、意识形态以及观念变迁的重大影响,环境、观念与行动者的互动是其生发与变迁的动力机制。这一制度在国家创新人才培养中的示范效应所产生的路径依赖使它传统的优秀做法得以保留。利益、观念与制度的冲突是其演进中矛盾与困境的根源所在。The gifted education system is an important part of the system of training innovative talents in Russia.Exploring the mechanism and logic of its evolution will help us not only to understand and solve the outstanding problems faced by our country and to avoid its lessons,but also to grasp the trend of Russian evolution gifted education system.Based on the historical-institutionalist perspective,it is found that the development and evolution of the Russian gifted education system in the last 60 years has been significantly influenced by the political agenda,economic ups and downs,ideological and conceptual changes in its country,and the interaction of environment,ideas and actors has been the driving mechanism of its development and changes.The path-dependence generated by the exemplary effect of this system in the training of national innovators has allowed the preservation of its traditional good practices.The conflict between interests,ideas and the institution is the source of the contradictions and dilemmas in its evolution.
