摘 要:无人机巡检具有高效、便捷等特点,已成为电力巡检领域的重要发展趋势,但其续航里程短严重制约了无人机的巡检半径。通过采用无线电能传输方式可以极大地提高无人机充电自主性和智能化水平。首先对比研究了不同形状的线圈结构的抗偏移性性能,并分析系统电压、电流约束关系给出了耦合机构互感值的取值范围。其次,基于COMSOL有限元仿真软件的参数化扫描功能,以拾取端轻量化为目标,对耦合机构进行了优化设计。最后,基于优化的耦合机构搭建适用于无人机的无线充电系统,整机传输效率达到91%,实验结果验证与理论分析良好吻合。Because of its high efficiency and convenience,unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)patrol inspection has become an important trend in the field of electric power patrol.The short range of UAV patrol inspection seriously restricts the work radius of UAV.The charging autonomy and intellectualization of UAV can be greatly improved by wireless power transfer(WPT).Firstly,the anti-offset performance of coil structures with different shapes is studied comparatively.And the range of mutual inductance of the coupling structure is obtained by analyzing the voltage and current constraints of system.Secondly,the coupling structure is optimized with the aim of lightweight pickup based on the parametric scanning function of COMSOL finite element simulation software.Finally,a WPT system based on the optimized coupling structure is built with efficiency of 91%,which is in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.
