摘 要:为匹配小麦宽苗带播种技术,解决地轮打滑导致播种均匀性差的问题,设计了正负压式小麦宽苗带电控精量排种系统。旋转编码器HN3806-AB-400N实时获取作业机具的前进速度,单片机采用PWM控制方式,通过BLD-300B电机驱动器控制驱动80BL02直流无刷电机。借助EDEM-Fluent耦合仿真分析,统计在15、19、23、27、31 r/min 5个水平下的合格指数、重播指数和漏播指数,15~27 r/min时合格指数≥80%,23~31 r/min时漏播指数变化明显,转速对漏播指数影响较大。通过响应面试验得到较优参数组合:吸种负压-3.5 kPa,排种器转速19 r/min,投种高度180 mm。利用试验进行验证,结果为:重播率9.22%,漏播率10.16%,合格率80.62%,满足相关的技术要求与农艺要求。Wide seeding belt can improve wheat population quality and photosynthetic characteristics.But the sowing uniformity is effected by ground wheel slipping.In this study,an electronically controlled precision seed-metering system was designed to match the wide sowing technology in wheat.The forward speed of the work tool was obtained by the rotary encoder HN3806-AB-400N in real time.The single chip microcomputer was controlled under PWM mode and 80BL02 brushless DC motor was drove through motor driver BLD-300B.Consequently,the machine was tested using EDEM-Fluent coupled simulation analysis.The qualified index,multiple-seeding index and leaksowing index were counted under 15,19,23,27,31 r/min.The qualification index was greater than or equal to 80%at 15-27 r/min.The leak-sowing index changed significantly at 23-31 r/min,suggestinga great influence on the leaksowing index of rotating speed.The optimal parameters combination was obtained by response surface test.The machine performed best under 3.5 kPa negative pressure,19 r/min rotating speed and 180 mm t seed-falling height to reach the qualified index of 80.62%,the multiple-seeding index of 9.22%and the leak-sowing index of 0.16%,which met the relevant technical and agronomic requirements.
