摘　　要：新创企业的高失败率很大程度上是由于内部资源缺乏与外部合法性不足,通过拼凑现有资源解决上述难题是新创企业潜移默化的战略决策。然而新创企业如何通过资源拼凑来实现创新的过程仍是理论黑箱。通过引入创业导向和机会开发变量构建新创企业,通过资源拼凑开展创新的概念模型研究,不仅深入推动了资源拼凑理论的发展,而且也对新创企业的创新实践具有重要的指导意义。The high failure rate of new ventures is largely due to the lack of internal resources and external legitimacy.It is a subtle strategic decision for new ventures to solve the above problems by patching up existing resources.However,it is still a black box for new ventures to realize innovation through resource patching.This paper constructs a conceptual model of innovation through resource patching by introducing entrepreneurial orientation and opportunity development variables.The research not only deepens the development of resource patchwork theory,but also has important guiding significance for the innovation practice of new ventures.
