摘　　要：中国共产党成立百年,其政党文化形成发展的演进规律和理论研究需要加以系统梳理和总结。党的十九届六中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验的决议》总结了党百年奋斗的成就和经验,为中国共产党政党文化研究再出发提供了历史样本和最佳教科书。从党的百年奋斗历史成就与基本经验出发,中国共产党政党文化研究在经历了理论起步和基本架构的基础上,应在新时代政党实践创新和理论创新的良性互动中推进中国共产党政党文化研究的深入。因此,中国共产党政党文化研究应提高站位,坚持唯物史观和大历史观,回溯中国共产党政党文化研究学术发展动态,考察中国共产党政党文化研究现状,提出前瞻性研究的着力点。即在马克思主义指导下多学科融合改进研究方法;以唯物史观考察百年政党文化发展史,在纵横比较中拓宽研究视野;以新时代新使命新实践为基础,在贯通古今中外的基础上守正创新再出发,从而为强大政党、现代化强国建设提供文化支撑,为人类共同进步贡献中国智慧。At the centenary of the founding of the CPC,the evolution law and theoretical research on the formation and development of the Party culture of the Communist Party of China need to be systematically combed and summarized.The Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century adopted at the sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee summarizes the historical achievements and experience of the Party’s centennial struggle,providing historical samples and the best textbooks for the study of the party culture.Starting from the historical achievements and basic experience of the Party’s centennial struggle,the research on the Party culture of the Communist Party of China,on the basis of the theoretical start and basic structure,should promote the in-depth research on the Party culture of the Communist Party of China in the benign interaction between the practical innovation and theoretical innovation of the Party in the new era.Therefore,the party culture research should improve its position,adhere to historical materialism and grand history,look back on the academic development trend of Party culture research vertically,investigate the current situation of party culture research horizontally,so as to put forward the focus of prospective research.That is,under the guidance of Marxism,multi-disciplinary integration to improve research methods;To investigate the development history of party culture in the past hundred years by historical materialism,broaden the research horizon in the aspect comparison;On the basis of a new era,a new mission and a new practice,and on the basis of the connection between ancient and modern China and the rest of the world,we should keep to the integrity and innovate,thus providing cultural support for the building of a strong political party and a modern country,and contributing Chinese wisdom to the common progress of mankind.
