“民生三感”测评指标体系构建及检验

摘　　要：文章根据已有文献和专家访谈笔录,以获得感、幸福感、安全感为目标层,编制含有63个测评指标的"民生三感"初始测评指标体系。运用隶属度分析、鉴别力分析和相关性分析对初始测评指标进行实证筛选,最终形成了含有53个测评指标的"民生三感"测评指标体系。以随机抽取的550位贵州省居民的测评结果为数据来源,实证检验结果证明最终构建的"民生三感"测评指标体系具有较高的信度与效度,可以作为"民生三感"测评的有效工具。Based on the existing literatures and expert interview notes, this paper takes the sense of gain, happiness and security as the target level to develop the initial evaluation index system of“Three Senses of People’s Livelihood”with 63 evaluation indexes. And then, the paper uses the membership degree analysis, the discrimination analysis and the correlation analysis to carry out the empirical screening of the initial evaluation indexes, hence a final formation of“Three Senses of People’s Livelihood”evaluation index system containing 53 evaluation indexes. Finally, the paper takes the evaluation results of 550 randomly selected residents of Guizhou Province as the data source to conduct empirical tests,whose results prove that the evaluation index system of“Three Senses of People’s Livelihood”finally constructed has high reliability and validity, and can be used as an effective tool to evaluate“Three Senses of People’s Livelihood”.
