摘 要:目的探讨联合检测细胞因子白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-6(IL-6)和β_(2)微球蛋白在乳腺癌患者外周血中的表达水平及其在乳腺癌早期诊断、临床分期中的价值研究。方法以2018年6月至2019年12月间在南昌市第三医院乳腺科首次入院未经治疗的住院患者为对象,将病理学诊断确诊的42例乳腺癌患者纳入乳腺癌组,将乳腺良性肿瘤的患者30例作为乳腺良性肿瘤组,随机选择健康体检人群30名作为对照组。采集其外周血后并采用化学发光法和ELISA检测方法对血清中IL-1β、IL-6和β_(2)微球蛋白水平进行检测,比较不同分期的研究对象中以上指标之间的水平。分析乳腺癌晚期患者不同分期、不同转移程度表达方式的差异。结果乳腺癌组的人群血清IL-1β、IL-6和β_(2)微球蛋白水平均高于乳腺良性肿瘤组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳腺癌患者随着TNM分期的进行程度增加,血清中IL-1β、IL-6和β_(2)微球蛋白表达水平逐渐升高,各个时期组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者血清中IL-1β、IL-6和β_(2)微球蛋白的水平显著升高,检测血清中IL-1β、IL-6和β_(2)微球蛋白对于乳腺癌的诊断具有较好的研究价值。Objective To investigate the expression levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)andβ_(2)microglobulin in peripheral blood of patients with breast cancer and their value in early diagnosis and clinical staging of breast cancer.Methods The subjects were inpatients who were admitted to the Department of Breast of the Third Hospital of Nanchang City for the first time without treatment from June 2018 to December 2019.A total of 42 patients with breast cancer diagnosed by pathology were included in the breast cancer group;30 patients with benign breast tumor were included in the benign breast tumor group;30 healthy people having health examination were randomly selected as the control group.After collecting their peripheral blood,the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 andβ_(2)microglobulin in serum were detected by the chemiluminescence method and ELISA method,and the differences of the levels of above indexes were compared among the subjects with different stages.The expression patterns of advanced breast cancer patients with different stages and different degrees of metastasis were analyzed.Results The levels of serum IL-1β,IL-6 andβ_(2)microglobulin in the breast cancer group were higher than those in the benign breast tumor group and control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression levels of IL-1β,IL-6 andβ_(2)microglobulin in serum of breast cancer patients increased with the progression of the TNM stage,and statistically significant differences were observed in comparison between groups at different stages(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of IL-1β,IL-6 andβ_(2)microglobulin in serum of patients with breast cancer are significantly increased.The detection of IL-1β,IL-6 andβ_(2)microglobulin in serum has a good research value for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
