摘  要:基于动态能力理论和价值链理论,通过跨案例研究新冠疫情下格力、比亚迪、中石化、爹地宝贝、三枪集团和宇通集团等6家成功转产应急医疗防护品的企业,揭示疫情等应急背景下制造企业成功转产的决定因素,为更多的制造企业在应急背景下实现成功转产提供理论指导。根据企业在转产时原有产业与所转产产业的相关性,将其分为跨界转产和相关转产两类。研究表明:无论是跨界转产还是相关转产,企业的动态能力都起到了决定性作用;推动企业跨界转产的动态能力主要有洞察能力、学习能力、资源组合能力;推动企业相关转产的动态能力主要有洞察能力、学习能力、资源重构能力。Since 2003,all kinds of emergencies have caused great losses to our national econo⁃my and people's life.In face of sudden major emergency,how to do a good job of emergency re⁃sponse is an important academic and practical topic in the emergency management system.From the social micro-response point of view,there is an urgent need for some manufacturing enter⁃prises to change production in the context of emergency material needs.However,how to realize the smooth transfer of production is an urgent problem for the academic and practical circles.This paper takes six emergency medical protective products enterprises that have successfully changed production under the background of COVID-19 as examples,including GREE,BYD,Sinopec,DaddyBaby,Threegun Group and Yutong Group.Based on enterprises'dynamic capa⁃bility theory and value chain theory,through cross-case study,this paper reveals the determi⁃nants of successful manufacturing change in the emergency situations such as epidemic situa⁃tion,and so on,providing theoretical guidance for more manufacturing enterprises to better real⁃ize successful production change under the background of emergency.In this paper,according to the correlation strength between the original and the changed production industry,the enterpris⁃es'production change are divided into two categories:cross-border change and related change:BYD,GREE and Sinopec are originally involved in the main industries of automobile,electrical appliances,oil,etc.,which are weakly related to the changed mask and protective clothing prod⁃ucts,belonging to cross-border change;DaddyBaby,Threegun Group and Yutong Group are originally involved in the industries of diapers,clothing,buses,etc.,which have strong correla⁃tion with the changed production of mask,protective clothing products and vacuum ambulances.It is found that the three dimensions of dynamic capability,namely insight capability,learning capability and resource combination(reconstruction)capability,all play important roles in the process o
