摘 要:绩效评价是衡量项目成败的重要手段,以促进被动式超低能耗建筑可持续发展为目标,从投资者角度出发,以逻辑框架法为理论基础,构建符合投资方利益需求的被动式超低能耗建筑项目的可持续性绩效评价指标体系。以项目生命期为主线,将被动式超低能耗建筑项目绩效评价指标体系分为四个模块,即投入、过程、产出和效果。然后构建绩效逻辑运行模型,分析绩效评价指标体系中各模块的侧重,以此推动被动式超低能耗建筑的推广。Performance evaluation is an important means to measure the success or failure of projects.Aiming at promoting the sustainable development of ultra-low energy buildings,from the perspective of investors and based on the logical framework method,the sustainable performance evaluation index system of ultra-low energy building projects is constructed to meet the interests of investors.Taking the project life period as the main line,the performance evaluation index system of passive ultra-low energy building project is divided into four parts,namely,input,process,output and effect.Then,a performance logic operation model is constructed to analyze the emphasis of each module in the performance evaluation index system,so as to promote the promotion of passive ultra-low energy buildings.
