摘　　要：中国共产党的领导是中国特色社会主义最本质的特征,是中华民族的命运所系。中国共产党始终牢记人民利益高于一切,始终与人民心连心、同呼吸、共命运,始终依靠人民推动历史前进。依靠人民群众支持和参与是中国共产党应对重大疫情的根基优势。依靠人民群众,疫情防控阻击战将会有最广泛的根基优势;脱离人民群众,疫情防控阻击战将会失去力量之源、胜利之本。The leadership of the Communist Party of China(CPC)is the most essential feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the destiny of the Chinese nation.The CPC has always kept in mind that the interests of the people are above all else,has always been in touch with the people,breathed with them and shared their destiny,and has always relied on the people to push history forward.Relying on the support and participation of the people is the root advantage of the CPC in dealing with major epidemics.If we rely on the people,the epidemic prevention and control war will have the broadest root advantage and will be won;if we detach from the people,the epidemic prevention and control war will lose the source of strength and the basis of victory.
