摘　　要：平均住院日管控效果是公立医院流程效率及诊疗能力的集中体现,科学、个性化设置临床科室平均住院日考核标准值,能够引导临床科室提质增效,促进学科发展,优化医院整体运营流程。探索如何将医院平均住院日目标值分解到科室层面,尝试建立科学有效的临床科室平均住院日考核标准值评估体系,并探讨了公立医院运营管理在平均住院日管控中的作用和意义。The effect of the average length of stay control is a central reflection of the efficiency of public hospital processes and treatment capabilities. The clinical departments can be improved,disciplinary development is also promoted and the overall hospital operation process is optimized by making the scientific and personalized setting of the assessment standard value of an average stay in hospital. How to decompose the target value of an average hospital stay to the department level was explored. A scientific and effective assessment system for the average hospital stay of clinical departments is tried to be established,and the role and significance of public hospital operation management in the control of the average hospital stay was discussed.
