摘　　要：结合创新链理论研究了关键核心环节产学研协同的壁垒、过程和协同突破机制。首先明确了关键核心技术的含义,推动关键核心技术产学研协同创新链模型的构建。基于此,按照产品、技术和理论相互融合的逻辑,着眼于关键核心环节,研究了创新链科研、教育和生产协同创新的整个发展过程,同时对科研、教育和生产协同创新整个过程中的壁垒予以研究。根据关键核心技术研发的双重引领的广泛应用的市场特点、竞争前技术特点和双重引领的创新特点分析各个协同环节中的壁垒,基于信息不完整、外部性和由此造成的市场失灵问题研究其出现壁垒的根本原因,同时提出对应的协同突破机制。分析结果显示,基于面向理论传播和创新的环节,着眼于技术转化和培养的环节、着眼于产品推广和创新环节的协同突破机制能够有效应对科研、教育和生产协同创新面临的壁垒,推动关键核心技术研发。combined with the innovation chain theory,this paper analyzes the obstacles,process and collaborative research mechanism of key core technology industry university research collaboration.Firstly,it defines the core technology of the industry innovation chain,and promotes the construction of the key technology of the industry innovation chain.Based on this,according to the logic of“product+technology+knowledge”,this paper studies the whole process of industry university research collaborative innovation in the key core technology innovation chain,and studies the obstacles in the links of industry university research collaborative innovation.According to the market characteristics,pre competition technology characteristics and dual Oriented Innovation Characteristics of key core technology R&D,this paper analyzes the obstacles in each collaborative link,studies the root causes of the obstacles based on incomplete information,externality and the resulting market failure,and puts forward the corresponding collaborative research mechanism.The analysis results show that the collaborative research mechanism based on the links oriented to knowledge dissemination and innovation,focusing on the links of technology transfer and incubation,and focusing on product promotion and innovation can effectively deal with the obstacles of industry university research collaborative innovation and promote the research and development of key core technologies.
