摘 要:针对捕获,跟踪与瞄准(acquisition, tracking, pointing, ATP)系统子设备数量增多,对拓扑架构可拓展性要求更高的问题,提出一种基于EtherCAT的ATP系统串行级联架构,以调整系统框架保证数据速率,接入更多设备。实验以快速反射镜(fast steering miorr, FSM)闭环控制系统为平台,将星形拓扑和串行级联拓扑下FSM静态和动态指标作对比,证明了串行级联架构的可行性。数据表明,在保证反馈量刷新周期小于控制量刷新周期的条件下,EtherCAT通信周期为1 ms时,引入EtherCAT的串行级联架构,增/删单个从站对通讯周期的影响在微秒级,FSM静态和动态指标的波动在ms级。验证了将EtherCAT串行级联架构应用于FSM的可行性,为ATP系统实现数据高速率传输提供了一种新的架构方案选择。To solve the problem that the number of acquisition, tracking, pointing(ATP) sub-devices increases and the topological architecture is more extensible, a serial cascade architecture of ATP system based on EtherCAT is proposed to adjust the system framework to ensure the data rate and access more devices. Based on the closed-loop control system of fast steering mirr(FSM), the static and dynamic indexes of FSM in star topology and serial cascade topology were compared to prove the feasibility of serial cascade architecture. The data showed that, under the condition that the refresh period of feedback was less than the refresh period of control, when the communication period of EtherCAT was 1 ms, the serial cascade architecture of EtherCAT was introduced. The influence of adding/deleting a single slave station on the communication period was microsecond, and the fluctuation of FSM static and dynamic indexes was nanosecond. The feasibility of applying EtherCAT serial cascade architecture to FSM is verified, which provides a new architecture option for ATP system to realize high-speed data transmission.
