摘　　要：2012年羊肚菌在四川实现大田商业化栽培后,已相继推广到全国20余省市,成为一个风险与机遇并存的产业。羊肚菌成功驯化后对羊肚菌的研究也进入到一个新的阶段,围绕产业发展需求,对羊肚菌的资源发掘、遗传育种、栽培及产品开发等相关研究激增,但仍日益明显地表现出研究滞后于生产需求的现象。文中重点对2012年后的相关研究进展进行了综述,为进一步研究提供信息。Since Morchella was commercially successfully cultivated in Sichuan in 2012,morel cultivation has been expanded to more than 20 provinces in China.Morchella cultivation has become an industry with both risks and opportunities.The research on Morchella also enters a new stage following the successful domestication.Based on the requirements of industrial development,the researches on resources exploration,genetic breeding,cultivation and product development of Morchella have increased rapidly,but these researches are still lagging behind the production requirements.This paper focuses on the review of relevant research progress since 2012 to provide information for further study.
