摘 要:由于页岩气气藏特殊性,在开采过程中会产生大量的高盐分、高COD、组分极其复杂的压裂返排液。针对压裂返排液的处理难点,通过总结分析国内外目前的处理技术,优化组合工艺路线实现压裂返排液无害化处理,达到水、无机盐等有价物质的资源化目的。Due to the particularity of shale gas reservoir;a large amount of fracturing flowback fluid with high salinity,high COD and extremely complex components will be produced in the exploitation process.In view of the treatment difficulties of fracturing flowback fluid,through summarizing and analyzing the current treatment technologies at home and abroad,the combined process route is optimized to realize the harmless treatment of fracturing flowback fluid and achieve the purpose of resource recovery of valuable substances such as water and inorganic salts.
