摘　　要：EB病毒(EB virus,EBV)所致自发性脾破裂临床少见,严重情况下可危及生命,如不能及时诊断及治疗将影响患者的预后,本文就1例EBV感染所致自发性脾破裂进行报道。Spontaneous spleen rupture caused by EB virus(EBV)infection is clinically rare and can be life-threatening in severe cases,if not diagnosed and treated timely will affect the prognosis of patients,this paper reported one case of spontaneous spleen rupture caused by EBV infection.
